The cutting drum and the suction piston of the machine ensure of cutting of dough without getting damaged or squeezed. Even the most sensitive dough can be shape by using this machine, as if it is cut by hand. The metal surfaces contacting the dough are lubricated by edible oils. If the "cut-weigh" oil is used, the machine would work more efficiently and for a longer time. The dough funnel is made of stainless steel and it has a capacity of 60 kg. The weighing system can be manufactured to work manually or automatically, as requested. We have three different models with different capacities in weight.
