Simit Wrapping Machine :

An amount of dough ranging from 15 grams to 170 grams is poured into the chamber and as a result a "O" shaped simit is taken from the bell conveyor.

Syrup and Sesame Line :

Simit exiting from the wrapping machine moves along the belt conveyor. There are the two chambers in this machine which are syrup chamber and sesame chamber. Simit is first polished with syrup and then sesame is poured. At the end of the line,simit becomes ready for cooking.
